Gatherin allows users to create and manage community spaces. As a space creator or moderator, you are responsible for the content and conduct within your space. You agree not to post or allow content that:

Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
Contains spam, misleading information, or malicious code
Violates the privacy of others (e.g. posting personal information without consent)

Gatherin reserves the right to remove content, suspend or ban accounts, and close spaces that violate these terms. We aim to act fairly and will provide reasons where reasonable. Space moderators may also apply their own rules in addition to these platform-wide terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post on Gatherin. By posting, you grant Gatherin a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of operating the platform.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Gatherin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for user-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss. We do not guarantee availability or accuracy of any content posted by users or spaces.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Gatherin after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
